The Home Valuator™ is an Automated Valuation Model (AVM), invented and developed by Cornerstone Appraisals, Inc. Values for 1-3 family properties are estimated utilizing the most recent real estate market sales data provided by the Warren Group, Inc. The Home Valuator currently covers Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
