Model (AVM) created by Cornerstone Appraisals, Inc. using current
market data provided by The Warren Group.
Values can be estimated for most 1-3 family properties in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Property values are estimated based on recent comparable properties sold. The sales are chosen given their proximity and similarity to the subject property. The sale prices of the comparable properties are adjusted relative to the difference between the subject and said comparable sales using appreciation rates from the time of sale to the date of valuation.
